SHIPPING

DOMESTIC/USA: We provide FREE SHIPPING on all US orders. Packages will be shipped through USPS and will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days to process the order and an additional 2-6 business days for the package to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping internationally can take between 6-28 days, depending where you are located. Shipping services include: USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International. **Please note due to COVID, USPS may temporarily suspend international mail acceptance for certain destinations. Please visit www.usps.com to see if your country has been affected.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any duty/custom taxes so please contact your local postal office to inquire about any import duties, local taxes or fees that may be associated with your order.

Once the package leaves our premise, JESSA JEWELRY will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment. If there are any issues, please contact your local post office.  

RETURNS

Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting returns.

Each order is packed with love and care but sometimes items may get damaged while in transit. In the event your jewelry is defective or has arrived damaged, we will replace the item as long as we are contacted within 3 days of receiving the delivery and with proof of damage. If the item is out of stock, we will only be able to provide a refund for the item minus shipping costs.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they are shipped out as it will be out of our control. Please make sure the address provided is correct as we are not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address.
